How to Report a Claim - Login Instructions

 

  1. If you have a user name and password: log in to our online claim reporting system by clicking here.

  2. If you do not have a user name and password: please send an email to customersupport@employers.com.  Put “Access to Submit Online Claim Reports” in the subject line and  please supply the following information:
    • Your Name (First/Last)
    • Policy Number (Including the prefix)
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email address
