EMPLOYERS® Names Cecelia M. Abraham Senior Vice President of Underwriting
RENO, Nev. – November 8, 2011 – EMPLOYERS® (NYSE: EIG), America's small business insurance specialist®, has named Cecelia M. Abraham senior vice president and chief underwriting officer.
With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry she brings to EMPLOYERS not only an extensive knowledge of the insurance industry with significant expertise in underwriting, but also the leadership and management skills to drive results. Abraham will work closely with senior management to strategize and implement new initiatives that support operational and strategic goals. She will be based out of EMPLOYERS’ corporate office in Reno, Nevada.
Abraham joins EMPLOYERS from Arch Insurance Group where she was responsible for leading key initiatives involving strategy, coverage, pricing, and product development in the National Accounts Casualty practice.
