NFIB and EMPLOYERS®, America’s small business insurance specialist®, are proud to offer the NFIB/EMPLOYERS Workers' Compensation Program. Through this program, NFIB members in Florida have the opportunity to earn a flat dividend of up to 30 percent on their workers’ compensation premiums.
With the dividend — offered by EMPLOYERS — NFIB members in Florida have the potential to reduce their premiums by working with a company that thoroughly understands the workers’ compensation insurance needs of small business.
NFIB members can access workers’ compensation coverage that includes a 5% flat dividend for NFIB members that is not tied to loss experience or minimum premium. NFIB members insured by EMPLOYERS may also be eligible for an additional flat dividend of up to 25% based on policy size and loss experience, among other factors.
