*In New Mexico, members who purchase workers' compensation coverage through the Program shall be eligible to receive a 5% discount on premium, depending upon estimated annual premium. NFIB membership is required to receive the 5% Program discount on EMPLOYERS insurance policies. Not all members will qualify for coverage, and members can be removed from the Program based on claims experience. NFIB membership does not guarantee insurance coverage.
