Jeffrey P. Lisenby
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Mr. Lisenby has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel of EMPLOYERS since June 2026. Before joining the Company, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ProAssurance Corporation from April 2001 to June 2026. Before joining ProAssurance Corporation, he practiced law with Bradley Arant Rose & White LLP from August 1996 to April 2001. Mr. Lisenby brings more than 30 years of experience as an attorney primarily in the areas of corporate law and governance, SEC compliance, and insurance regulation. Mr. Lisenby holds both a B.A. degree and a J.D. degree from The University of Alabama and is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
