
Craig G. Borens
Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Experience Officer
Craig G. Borens joined EMPLOYERS in April 2018 and was named Senior Vice President Chief Customer Experience Officer in 2019. He is responsible for leading EMPLOYERS Customer Experience Strategy and customer facing operations including contact centers, payment services, premium audit and back office support for claims and underwriting. Mr. Borens brings to EMPLOYERS more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry including roles in underwriting, marketing, operations and customer experience. Mr. Borens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University and holds a CPCU professional designation.
