We're continually making updates to our eBilling systems to ensure EMPLOYERS is on the forefront of payment authorization, security and automation technology. The EMPLOYERS PrecisePay program offers a pay-as-you-go premium payment option, allowing policyholders to make smaller, more frequent payments each payroll period. With simple payroll uploading, it's an easy way to improve cash flow and more.
PrecisePay calculates the workers’ compensation premium from a business' actual payroll figures and assigns classifications each time payroll is processed and submitted. State-mandated assessments, taxes, and surcharges are collected in accordance with state law, and payroll information can be submitted to EMPLOYERS either by a policyholder or by their approved payroll service provider.
Premium Audits Made Easy
EMPLOYERS simplifies the submission process so policyholders can get back to their business.
In name alone, the premium audit process can sound intimidating for our insured. But with EMPLOYERS, policyholders can quickly submit their premium audits online and get back to what's important: running their business.
EMPLOYERS policyholders will receive email notifications when audits are due, and can easily and securely upload all requested documents within the newly-redesigned Premium Audits Dashboard in EACCESS. These online audits are processed and finalized fast—many in as little as one business day*. Our portal shows audit status updates 24/7.
*Please note that premium audit processing time varies by policy, and not all policies are eligible for one-day processing.

The EMPLOYERS online Self-Service Endorsements portal allows you to more quickly and efficiently submit endorsement requests like these online. Log in to EACCESS and click "Self-Service Endorsements" to begin, and find answers to some common questions if you need some help along the way. EMPLOYERS agents can also eliminate many manual policy administration tasks thanks to IVANS Data Download. Avoid re-keying and keeping paperwork straight with our single-stream workflow. This secure, managed alternative to e-mail, mail and fax offers a direct communication path from agents to policyholders, all within our EACCESS portal. Getting Started with IVANS Download
With EMPLOYERS, renewals are automated and now available ahead of time for more worry-free policy management. Automated renewals are active on policies with estimated annual premiums of $10,000 or less*, and are issued 40 days prior to the effective date of the policy. Renewals are available in EACCESS 120 days prior to their expiration, providing you plenty of time to make any needed changes and updates.
*Please note for some agencies, Automated Renewals will be generated for policies with estimated annual premium of $25,000 or less. Talk to your EMPLOYERS Territory Manager if you have questions.
